It’s that time of year again, time for the McKnight Fellowship applications to roll in to our site. If you have any trouble uploading your applications, please contact me, I’m happy to help in any way that I can. We are also very open to your schedules, regarding the dropping off of work samples. If the timeline doesn’t seem to fit your schedule, I would ask you to reach out and check in with me to see what arrangements we can make.
If you have applied in the past and not received the award, i strongly encourage you to run up that mountain again. Looking back over the past years, it is easy to see that many winners have applied multiple times. My biggest piece of advice to you is, “Don’t be the one to tell yourself no.” If you wonder whether or not the award is a good fit, please contact me. If you wonder whether or not your work is ready, give it a try, you never know.
